amazing boutique stay
coffee machine quiet room complimentary toiletries double room
i stayed in the executive double or twin room. the room included a coffee machine! the room was quiet and i slept so well. also, i found complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, i thought that was a nice touch.

peaceful location high standard small room disappointment breakfast
i liked that the location was very nice. it was peaceful. it was close to theatre. also, staff was warm and welcome. room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
the room was beatiful and clean but very small. only place to open the suitcase was on the bed. the breakfast was a disappointment, pancakes had no sugar. their was no taste.

good location comfortable bed copper bathtub dusty side lamps bathroom tiles clean feeling
the location was good i thought. it was close enough to the center but not too noisy. room have a decor i liked. the four poster bed was very comfortable and i loved the copper bathtub.
side lamps had dust on them. bathroom tiles looked like they were stuck back on many times. room didn't feel very clean i guess.

i found the staff friendly and the breakfast was excellent. they made eye contact and spoke slowly.
i was given a suite that was not shown in the photos on the website, and it did not look as good as the others. that was somewhat disappointing to me.

underwhelming experience
outdated decor dirty shower head
the location was acceptable as it was close to the city center.
I encountered several issues (i was quite disappointed). the room decor felt outdated. the shower was not properly cleaned. Grime was present both inside and out. staff indicated it was impossible to remove and that a new one was on order, despite the shower head still being dirty.
